Aesthetic Medicine · Longevity Positioning · Clinic Concept
/ Overview
A medical aesthetics clinic was moving from a treatment offer centred on fillers and energy based devices toward protocol led regenerative aesthetics and longevity care, while its market position, visual identity and patient journey still reflected a conventional cosmetic clinic.
The review focused on five issues: Cosmetic Category Lock In, Low Intent Patient Acquisition, Invisible Protocol Expertise, Weak Consultation Conversion and International Positioning Friction.
WØM developed the clinic positioning, service proposition, creative concept, patient journey, visual and colour direction, packaging direction and communication approach for a future international clinic model.
The result was a premium clinic concept built to make medical expertise, protocol value and the patient experience more recognisable across markets.

W24 · FIVE COMMERCIAL ISSUES
01 · OBSOLETE COSMETIC POSITIONING
The treatment portfolio had evolved into regenerative aesthetics, while the clinic was still being presented through the language and visual codes of cosmetic transformation.
Applied: Clinical Positioning Audit · Treatment Portfolio Audit · Regenerative Aesthetics Positioning · Longevity Positioning · Category Code Analysis · Clinical Visual Positioning
The clinical evolution became the basis of the new market position, replacing a conventional cosmetic clinic proposition with a regenerative system.
02 · LOW QUALITY PATIENT LEADS
More advanced treatments were not automatically bringing more suitable patients. Informed, protocol oriented HNW patients were evaluating clinics on scientific credibility and clinical reasoning, while lead quality was declining.
Applied: Patient Segmentation · Patient Insight Research · Patient Acquisition Strategy · Premium Patient Positioning · International Market Positioning
Patient research and positioning were recalibrated around the expectations of informed patients actively evaluating regenerative treatments and protocols.
03 · LOW CONSULTATION CONVERSION
Prospective patients were researching mechanisms, sequencing and recovery before booking, while the existing content concentrated largely on aesthetic outcomes.
Applied: Consultation Journey Design · Treatment Literacy Strategy · Clinical Content Strategy · Scientific Content Architecture · Clinical Evidence Communication
Pre consultation content was rebuilt around the clinical questions patients were already asking, improving treatment literacy before the appointment.
04 · INVISIBLE PROTOCOL EXPERTISE
The clinic’s competitive value extended beyond individual treatments into how treatments were selected, sequenced and combined, but that expertise was largely invisible to prospective patients.
Applied: Protocol Positioning · Treatment Sequencing Architecture · Service Line Architecture · Procedural Packaging Strategy · Packaging System Design
The offer was reorganised around protocol logic and treatment hierarchy, making the clinic’s clinical reasoning more visible without disclosing proprietary treatment methodology.
05 · CROSS MARKET SCALING FRICTION
The proposition needed to remain clinically coherent across markets serving very different audiences, including longevity consumers, medical tourism patients, clinic investors and wellness operators.
Applied: Market Specific Positioning · International Clinic Scalability · Medical Tourism Positioning · Investor Facing Positioning · Clinic Concept Development
A common clinical position was developed with market specific applications for Singapore, Dubai, Greece and North America.
